thank you very much Dow. this Sawtooths area can't be too far off your southbound migration track this fall? You should check the place out, esp. Elephants Perch. A better return on the approach to climb investment :)

...funny you mention it, because Joe Allen already brought it to my attention, Elephants Perch...Stacy has a horse judging gig close by this area next May I believe..hope that is not too early in the season, cheers

climbed on the perch as early as memorial day. with a bit of luck, should be doable earlier I'd think.
