"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."

Different from the SW ridge?Once at the Collier/Hayden col, how is this different from the SW ridge route described by Brian Jenkins?
Apart from the approach it sounds like our route last July http://www.summitpost.org/trip-report/324143/cinderella-s-ugly-oregon-sisters-.html - even to the point of including the sharp right turn into the Bowling Alley, which most descriptions fail to mention.
I've always thought that Brian's route should be more properly described as the S ridge rather than SW. Maybe this is where the confusion arises.

Re: Different from the SW ridge?Hi V.I. I don't no why Brian lists it as S.W. Ridge. I considered not taking my route page any further than the scree slog to gain the south ridge. I didn't really look at the other route pages to see if i was redundant. I know the only other time I was on the mountain, we continued up to were the S.E. and S. ridge meet Then dropped down to the Camels Hump.
