Huayna Potosi is considered one of the world's easiest 6000m peaks mostly due to its close proximity to La Paz. For well acclimatized and very fit climbers with private transportation, it is possible to climb Huayna Potosi as a day trip from La Paz. Most will spend 2 nights on the mountain.
