I really

enjoyed reading your TR. That sections about the altitude sickness, mosquitoes and especially a bear were rather frightening, but your ability to turn it to the better part and remind the best moments is really admirable. I'm not sure if I knew how to act in the presence of a bear! We also have a backpack bears, but I've fortunately have never meet any of them. This TR presents that you definitely do not miss the passion for mountains.

Re: I really

Thank you, Tomas. That trip stands out in my memory even though I have done so much since then. Thank you for reading, and I am glad you enjoyed it! And watch out for the bears (just don't run)!

Re: I really

I know that in case of meeting a bear you may put down your rucksack and slowly try to go away without keeping eye contact with it. In case of physical attack there is recommended to behave like being dead, so it would leave you then. The advices are advices, but in reality I would fear very much... I'm glad I still have never meet a bear.
