Schneebiger Nock from the Malersee

The true summit is the one in the back. This view is from the north, along the north ridge. Coming from the left is the NE ridge. The two come together behind the dark peaks right of center, which are just false summits. From here, the normal route starts by ascending the slopes left of the false summits, crosses a snowfield to gain the upper north ridge and stays on the ridge from there. 1 August 2014.
