Sat. July 7, 2001.Helo hovers, dropping litter to rescuers, in ravine below Crescent Glacier, just downslope from accident site. The small red spot upslope is one ranger and victim. Another ranger handles litter in shadow of 'copter.

I remember glissading in almost the same spot a few years ago! I remember thinking I really need to keep my speed under control.
