If you're thinking about Steins, I'd highly recommend it. It's like a desert tower in the middle of Oregon! Most of the aid is on fixed stuff (much of it new) - the "A" ratings come from the fact that if some stuff fell out, you might need a pin or two + hammer to bang it back in (also historically, the books rated it "A" not "C").
