Approach


Follow the "getting there" directions which will get yu to the lake basin below the ridge.

Route Description


From the lake head up snow slopes NW to reach the ridge at approx 8,200 ft. Follow the ridge NW over and around a few false summits, the last of which has some fun exposed class 3 scrambling.

Essential Gear


Ice axe is recommended to navigate the snow slope and crampons would be advised later in the season when the slope could get icey. Helmets are not necessary.
