Re: The MascotI've got to say I am surprised. I thought a moment, then actually opted for "common" (given all the beeches and warmer climate). I'm not sure I've ever seen any in Poland though they do live here as well. I don't think you'll be surprised if I tell you I saw them in the mountain forests of Romania

Re: The MascotWell, I wouldn't say they are the rarest ones here, but given the fact that their habitat is most often disturbed by forestry activities, it is a pleasure to see one of them crawling around :)
