Rosa agrestis is a rare shrub from the Rose Family. In Polish mountains it can be found up to the elevations of 1500 meters. White blossoms appear in June and July. Fruits can be used for marmolades and wines and they are rich in vitamin C. They have ten times more of this vitamin than the Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum).
