Week Climbing trip between Dec 14 and Dec 26

I'll be in Boulder, CO and free to headout climbing between Dec 14 to Dec 26. I'm thinking of taking about a 7 day trip to: Indian Creek/Moab, or Red Rocks, or Joshua Tree, or Cochise Stronghold, or Hueco Tanks. I'm open to destinations if they will be reasonablely warm.

I'm looking to climb lead trad up to 5.10b (harder in Jtree) or sport in the 5.10s.
