From Juli 15th till the 23rd we will be visiting the Ötztal Alps for a glacier tour.


We will be going to the Hochjoch Hospiz for the first night, maybe walk up the Guslar Spitzen in the evening.

The next day we will head for the Brandenburger Haus and paractice glacier techniques, as well as summitting the Fluchtkogel.

On the 3rd day we will get up very early and try to reach the Weisskugel. This night we'll sleep in the Brandenburger haus as well.

We will walk to the Rauhekopf Hütte on the 4th day, maybe via the Weisssee Spitze.

The next day our goal is the Vernagt Hütte.

On the 6th day there is no glacier to cross, as we'll walk to the Breslauer Hütte. If there is time left, a few of us may want to climb the Ötztaler Urkund, via Urkundkolm.

The 7th day will be the day to summit the Wildspitze. A must have. We might check out Petersen Spitze, or Hintere Brochkogel as well.

The final day we'll descent to Vent and stay a night at Haus Eberhard and on the 23rd there is only the long ride home.
