Description

Hi!

I'm looking for partners to do some mountaineering in Peru this summer (intermediate-grade, e.g. AD). I thought about Cordillera Blanca, but have read about the new restrictions which apply to the Huascaran National Park. So i'm open for other areas as well.

I will arrive already acclimatised in Peru (coming from Alaska) and will be traveling on my own. So maybe there are some people out there which are in the same situation and are also looking for a partner.

I've already been to SA, and have climbed e.g. Ausangate and Sajama.

Rob and Tony:

how are you plans coming along? i am interested in peru this summer as well and going through all the info on permits / changes in rules.

I will be in Alaska mid-May through mid-June. Looking for some more climbing afterwards. Have climbed in SA before. Intermediate level.

Let me know if you're still looking for partners.

I'll be there Mid July until mid Agust. This will be my third trip to peru in 2 years, i'm pretty familiar with the area. I already made arrangemens with a friend of my (guide in Huaraz) who i made both attempts to Mt. Pisco. If anyone needs a place to crash i have a house in Huaripampa which is 1/2 hr walk to Cashapampa to begin the trek to several peaks such as Alpamyo...let me know.

All are welcome!!!
