Kilimanjaro in November

Planning on trekking Kilimanjaro sometime in mid to late November of this year. My buddy from the States is coming so we're not really looking for partners, but I suppose if anyone else was going to be in the area at that time it couldn't hurt to meet up or talk beforehand.

My main reason for posting here (besides my computer illiteracy keeping me from posting in the Africa regional forum) was to find out if anyone knew what to expect from Kilimanjaro weatherwise in November. I've heard it's the worst month to climb and was wondering if there were any particular routes that might be particularly well suited to the height of the rainy season.
