I'm planning a trip to the Huayhuash from mid-July through mid-August and my latest partners have backed out. I plan to attempt some new technical mountaineering routes as well as explore the area for first ascents on smaller peaks during the acclimatization process. I already have lots of route ideas including the main objective which will be a new route up the SE face of Jirishanca.
