Description
I'm looking for a partner for a winter ascent of Cloud Peak in the Bighorn Mountains. It would be nice if you were from Wyoming but not neccesarily a must. Looking to have fun, figure around December or possibly even Janruary. Let's get it on.

Post a Comment J to the G | a solid maybe | | | I may be into this. I live in Casper. It's 11 miles one way I believe. Were you thinking of a camp/next day summit or just charging it? 22 miles in winter may be a bit much for me but with relatively decent weather, a camp at one of the lakes and a day hike summit I'd probably be game. I'm real sketchy at this point but could be an adventure. I hike year round so if you're close to Casper, look me up. | Posted Oct 20, 2007 6:23 pm |

| I'd be up for doing Black Tooth in the winter, but winter of 2008-2009. What kind of gear do you plan to use on Cloud Peak in the winter? Snowshoe it or ski it? I still might be up for Cloud Peak in the winter. | Posted Oct 22, 2007 12:13 pm |

| IVE BEEN UP CLOUD IN THE SUMMER BUT NEVER BLACK TOOTH. BLACK TOOTH DOES LOOK PRETTY WILD THOUGH. I GUESS I WAS GONNA SNOWSHOE IT. PROBABLY TAKE CRAMPONS, ICE AXE AND ROPE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. SHOULD BE AN ADVENTURE | Posted Dec 8, 2007 12:53 am |
