West Side
I didn't drive to the end of the road as it got pretty steep and rocky but the hike is fairly short anyway. The hike itself was pretty straightforward and the route obvious. I was able to avoid some of the brush higher up by climbing some short class 3 section. View at the top were great. I really enjoyed this hike!

From the west side
Followed the route offered by Ken Jones on Peakbagger and I managed to park at the very end of the road in. Easy to figure out hike but one must watch out for the pointy cactus that waits for the careless. Found a register and benchmarks on the summit. Took me longer than it should have but I was just recovering from the flu and I didn't have much in the way of energy and legs as I tackled this one by myself.

Pleasantly surprisedA day after hiking mighty Mount Tipton, this was a short and surprisingly simple hike and not the access-denying, brush-monster I had heard it to be.
