Eric Perlman continues the high angle adventure by capturing today's cutting edge talent within the vertical relm. Perlman has produced a wide cast of stone masters who put on display the finest examples of 'pure force'. Be entranced by Chris Sharma's rock wizardry while throwing the moves down at Pinnacles NM. Witness Ron Kauk (with Daniela Masetti) tame the alpine stone of Tuolumne Meadows while on his masterpiece, 'Peace' (.13a). See the jaw-dropping "guns" of Bobbi Bensman sculpting the limestone of American Fork (nice back!). Again, Perlman nails the soundtrack by including such artist like Big Mountain, Pennywise, Cardiff Reefers and Boom Shaka. Just a few fine examples of Perlman filming efforts....

Highlights:

* The late Dan Osman takin' it to the limit on Rainbow Bridge, Arch Rock NM and an amazing drytool (in this case, wet tooling!) waterfall ascent at Eagle Creek Falls, Lake Tahoe.

* Chris Sharma thrutching for slopers at Castle Rock State Park

* Katie Brown yarding up stone at Red River Gorge, Daniel Boone Wilderness

* Kauk displaying the coolness of a Rastaman, cranking polished knobs in Tuolumne.

This video is awesome. Eric Perlman does excellent work. The soundtrack is even good. Many areas and types of climbing are featured with some of the best talent in the world.

The Masters of Stone series all gets 5 stars.

Kinda boring.
At least parts I and II sported some mullets & the cold war era (carrier take offs, rocket launches, and other very relevant stuff) touches were almost funny (when watching drunk). Too many sport route climbing scenes.
