Best Kili guide book
This guide book provides all of the basic information that you need to climb Kilimanjaro, including a detailed description of each route and pictoral trail maps. It does not have topo maps, but you really don't need them for climbing any of the trail routes.

The book also contains useful information for trip planning, a guide to the cities that you will likely be travelling through, facts about Tanzania, and a brief history of Kilimanjaro, as well as information about the geology, flora and fauna of the mountain. It's well written and enjoyable to read.
