From One Old Bag to Another
This climb took a little bit of everything to accomplish, and what an accomplishment it was! Dave says "fun," I say "done!" Of course he had the pleasure of leading the whole freaking thing since I had one shoulder "under the weather." Kudos to Dave for getting us up there and back before nightfall! I brought the fruitcake. :)

Visting Granny
Deb and I topped out on Old Woman Statue during a blustery December day with mostly clear skies. Nearly froze the fingers while climbing the free section! What a fun objective this was for the both of us while starting our "Senior Citizens Tour" of the Mojave region (Old Dad Mountain was our next objective). The last ascent before ours was done almost 4 years ago. Only seven entries since a new register was placed by Greg Vernon in 2000.
