This is a very fun climb, but don't believe the hype- there's an easy to follow boot path to the summit. Exposure is overrated- don't make a careless move, and you'll have no problems. Bring a helmet- even if you're solo and alone, the mountain is LITTERED with rock.
Decent conditions... A little slick and loose rock with exposure made it a slow descent. Cloud line was at 6,800'... Made for blue skies and sun on the summit... Didn't want to leave!!!

First time on this delightful scramble. Fires inhibited the views a bit, but neverthess, this is certainly a worthwhile trip -- not many like this so close to the trailhead -- and the view aspect on the approach (both driving and on the trail) is "I'm going up THAT!?"
