awesome climb to an airy couloir and a shocking snow-capped summit! climb changed from 40 degrees on the face to rearing up to 50+ degrees in the couloir.
Great route regardless of the private property issues. With solid continuous snow this route is probably more reasonable than the standard route anyway, and best of all its legal ;-)
