North Twin - south gully

The unpleasant and unrecommended* south gully on North Twin. 900 vertical feet of pure misery. There is one 30m rap at about halfway (but could be downclimbable with care and routefinding diligence). July 15, 2006. * the better option for the traverse to South Twin would be to climb off of North Twin's north side to gain a notch on its NE Ridge. From that notch, either downclimb or rappel a short distance to the permenant snow on the east side. Take this snow/glacier south all the way to the NE Ridge of South Twin.
