Whitney is pretty far from Boundary, and it was covered in smoke that day. I am in the lottery for Whitney this summer. It isn't that far away from me - just 5 hours drive or so.
As a fellow State Highpointer (I currently have 32, myself), I applaud your efforts and really enjoyed reading this update. Please keep us posted on your progress!!!
I had an old page on geocities that is really hard to update, so I basically took all of that information and moved it to Summitpost, so I can update here instead of geocities. Geocities requires updating on word, which is precarious and takes a long time to upload and make sure it works. Summitpost makes it easy. Of course, most of the trip reports are still on the geocities website.

Good to know!Interesting to know the elevation and shots of all these State highpoints. Too bad you couldn't have gotten Whitney when you did Boundary Peak.
