The Muzelle lake is a glacial lake located at 2105 meters above the sea in the Vénéon valley (Écrins), at the foot of the Roche de la Muzelle. It can be reached by a 1200 m path from Bourg d'Arud. It is 9 ha in size and 18 m deep. The lake of Muzelle and its surroundings is a natural site classified since March 1, 19412. The refuge of la Muzelle is on its bank.
