Kicking the rust off after a long winter. Two hours and ten minutes up, an hour and forty minutes down. Blue bird day, t shirt and shorts weather. A few inches of snow but hardly any ice on the trail at all.
Really nice place to look at all of the White Mountains in one fell swoop. Deep ~3 foot snow near the top, so lots of postholing in early spring.
Easy hike with good footing the whole way up. The views of Washington and the Southern Whites is not to miss!
