interesting perspectiveon Gould. Nice shot. Should be part of your Garden Wall page as well.

Re: interesting perspectiveGood suggestion, and thanks for the compliment. That shot turned out even better when printed, and I'm thinking of making an enlargement for my wall.

High point on the rightI've considered trying to climb it. Have you ever poked around up there at all? I've never talked to anybody or read anything that had any info on it's climbing history. It seems like a worthy objective.

Re: High point on the rightBTW, the most logical place to look for a non technical route, IMO, is to fork off from the Gem Glacier route somewhere over on that side.

Re: High point on the rightI've been on Gem Glacier, and getting onto the ridge from that point looks very challenging: http://www.summitpost.org/gem-glacier-and-garden-wall/832230
You can traverse the base of the wall on the Highline side; there might be a break somewhere granting access to the ridge.
I've never found any beta for the ridge. In the Edwards guide, there is a recommendation against trying it, suggesting that someone has done it but found it very difficult.
If you ever find a way to traverse it that isn't harder than low Class 5, I'd love to hear about it!
