trail?

is there a faint trail that winds it way up that, or is it all scrambling.. looks like hell to climb that. This picture freks me out the most on this page!

Re: trail?

There is a well worn and defined trail, cairned in places. Splits up every now and then, but you're headed up, so it's easy to figure out. Nothing scary about it, surprisingly sound. Be wary of loose rocks scattered about. Not the place to be if it's crowded either.

Now further on up at the crux move, that's a different matter.

Re: trail?

Aaron's right, this section appears much worse than it actually is. It's really quite straightforward up this gully, and IIRC there is a cairned route. It's easy to lose, but it's there nonetheless. Rockfall, as Aaron mentions, is the primary concern here. Keep your eyes and ears open for your own sake, and take great care for the sake of others.
