JW (James Wilson) heading up out of the rocks on to the Jamapa Glacier proper on Dec 1, 2002. All day the plains to the east would be covered by low cloud cover as seen here while there would be no clouds at all to the west towards Volcán Matlalcuéyetl (aka La Malinche), Popo, and Izta.

Thanks JC. It was an awesome day and a very memorable one. I'm glad you enjoyed the photo. Looking at it again brings back lots of good memories :-)
