Additions to red tape
Great page!
The fee for reserving a permit is $10 summer 2006.
More info about that on
http://www.fs.fed.us/r5/inyo/recreation/wild/index.shtml
After talking to the fed person I got Mono pass trail head for entry and exit.
Slightly different thing (I am not connected with them):
For info about current condition of the Rock Creek road and Mosquito flats parking lot I contacted rockcreeklake.com
They were very helpful and are also hosting a topo over the area:

Agreed, but I'm not sure how to execute it. Specifically there are petit griffon summit logs that are now attached to the mt abbot page.

Re: Separate peaks
Two thoughts on how to execute:
1. Ask the Elves for help via a Private Message. They may have some creative ideas for how to handle the summit logs.
2. Go ahead and build the second page, and notify fellow SPers via the Forums of the new page. Those who wish to update their summit logs can and will do so.

Separate peaksAbbot & the Petite Griffon are very different, separate peaks. Lets break them into two pages.
