One of my favorite mountains. Because when driving from Detroit to Maine as a kid across Inter province 401 and its precursors, this outpost of the Appalachians was the first mountain I would see. Sometimes we would follow Route 9 east of this mountain and that was a bit monotonous.

Thanks. I will try and dig up some better shots of this peak that I have climbed many times since I was a Kid. My kids are now scrambling up its trails. Cheers William
