South Slope
South Slope route snowshoe hike from winter trailhead. Strong wind above 13,600'. After summiting Sherman continued on to Gemini. Returned the same way. Nice winter hike, great views.

Least favorite 14er
A boring and not very scenic hike.

18th CO 14er
Pretty easy stroll up to the summit from Leavick, even with some nasty wind up on the ridge. Clouds cleared up in time for our arrival to the summit, giving us nice views. Not too much snow. 5 1/2 hours c-t-c.

Final climb of the season
Blustery morning up the standard route. Trail was mostly packed snow from the last two mine shacks onward although traction was good regardless. First time I've had a 14er summit to myself, on a Sunday no less.
Also did this year as Dyer Mtn - Gemini - Sherman - Sheridan

Perfect day for a hike
Great day for a hike. Wilbo Goat, Ms. Bear and Mr. Mickey add another Colorado 14er to their list.

Sherman from Lower Iowa Gulch
Did this circuit with Dyer and Gemini as well. Was a decent day in September. Coming from Dyer doing the class 3 SW Ridge made this enjoyable, otherwise a pretty plain and unattractive mountain.

no crowds
Climbed this on a Monday with limited crowds. Not the prettiest mountain but great views of the Massive group and Elbert.
Beautiful late summer morning. Climbed from PCR 14, passed a moose and heard haunting bugling elk on the ascent. Gemini to Sherman and back down, 4 hrs RT, not a soul in sight.

Really really easy - combined with White Ridge
The easiest 14er yet and im not suprised since we started at the 4 Mile Creek trailhead. After I summited Sherman I droped down and did White Ridge and back to the car.

Scree and steep
Really noticed the scree and steepness on the way down from the Leadville side. Was trying to hurry up as the weather was turning fast. My 2nd 14er! Beat the weather and made it down safely.
