Should say this is the behavior of the mentally impaired. Traveling unroped on a crevassed glacier is incredibly reckless. The fact that you think falling into a crevasse that you may not be able to see because of snow cover has anything to do with "100% confidence in your abilities" indicates you have not even achieved novice level yourself. You sir are no mountaineer.
Triyoda-thanks for being the gatekeeper for the mountaineer label. I encourage you to write Reihnold Messner, Ueli Steck, Ed Viesturs, and others to put them in their place for unroped glacier travel transgressions.
A guy I went to school did Olympus in 2 days and I thought he was crazy. I can't even imagine doing 45 miles in one day, not to mention with all the elevation gain, glacier travel, and a 3 1/2 hour drive home after!!! Epic. Nice work!

From us mere mortals....Congratulations. In my best ever condition it took me 3 days, and I could barely walk after that. Nice work, and great pictures!

methis is also the pervasive attitude in the mountains these days, 'it's all about me."
