A whiteout quickly moves across the south side of Mount Hood, as seen from the Timberline Ski Area parking lot. I took this photo five minutes after arriving, shortly after there was a gorgeous blue sky and a very visible mountain in front of me. How quickly conditions can change on the big mountains...
