Up from the west  Sucess!

Dennis and I used a route that Greg Jagielski shared with me from the west side. We hit both summits that were about the same elevation with registers found on both of them and benchmarks found on the more southerly one. We found this to be a steep route but careful routefinding (thanks Greg) eliminated any class 3 on the way up. Some class three moves on our approach up the Northern summit and our descent from there to gain the southern summit but nothing difficult. We were treated to rain, snow and some thunder while we were on the summits.

From the Pinion Pines  Sucess!

Rraine and I camped above the Morey townsite and took the north east approach in. It was nearly a perfect day with temperatures in the 50s at the highs. The register dated back to 1985, and was far from full.

Almost...

Made it to Peak 10,127 (as described by John Hart) with Brad. Started from Sixmile Summit, but a bit late in the day and worried about running out of daylight. Rugged and beautiful.

twice  Sucess!

I'd like to try it from the SE; I think I have a good route -- though it starts low. And, I'm not sure about the fences across the test site...
