Great Peak!  Sucess!

I really enjoyed this peak. The road walk had little-to-no snow, and then I had a nice snowshoe trek for the entire ridgeline. The views from the top were spectacular, amongst the best in NE WA.

North Ridge  Sucess!

I did the route described in the 50 hikes in Eastern WA book. No problems, no real brush. Nice viewpoint. You can find remnants of the trail here and there but that was about it.

West via 1936-100  Sucess!

Bob Bolton and I made our way up the 2.6 miles of old logging road, overgrown logging road, brush and talus to access this one. The views from the top are about the best I've seen in E. Washington.
I'll post some pics and a map of the route later. The route starts here , park just down from a locked gate that warns about knowing the difference between black bears and grizzlies.
