Re: Nice climbing shotThank you, but no way is that bouldering! About fifty feet below me was a rocky plateau and there's a rope in there somewhere but you just can't see it.

Re: You have this quote:It is a quote from a book I read by an adventure traveler, Kira Salak. She was referring to herself, but I really identified with it. When I read that line I thought, "Exactly!" In any case, I'm glad you like it too.

Re: Amazing...I'm glad you like it. Now you can book your flight to London and drive a couple hours south to Cornwall and climb those granite sea cliffs!

Re: Really Great! Thanks! The climbing there is excellent and the local pubs offer good dinners and a warm place to hang out in the evenings. All in all, it's a great place to climb.

Re: where is it?Many years ago. remember (vaguely) driving back from the pub, seeing how many times we could get out of the car window, across the roof & back in the other window...

Have you moved to Boulder yetThe climbing here is endless You get a chance when you move here try The Monesteray near Fort Collins and Estes Park. The list can just go on but I enjoy the ice of Colorado the most Enjoy your stay here if you have moved here yet. Do Yellow spur in Eldorado also I have climbed it 6 times and each time has brought me a very unique time climbing it. May see you in passing on climbs around there. Have a wonderful time in colorado.

Re: Have you moved to Boulder yetThank you, Jerry. No, I haven't moved there yet, but will in two weeks. I'm really looking forward to exploring all the climbing areas in Colorado. Eldo looks great and Lumpy Ridge, even better! And I can't wait to get on some of the climbs in Rocky Mountain NP and now, the Monastery. Yes, maybe I'll see you there.
