Been here a lot. I've been seeing signs of someone's previous climbing project along some of the quarry walls. lots of bolts. I may try and clean it this summer and see what it's like.
One of my favorite places to play when everything else is snowed in.

A Good Workout
I have hiked on Lord Hill multiple times. There seems to be something different to see each time, and it has always been enjoyable for me. Today, I was shocked to hear what sounded like several elk "mooing" (speaking with each other) in the forested area across Beaver Lake from where I was taking a break. They are rarely seen (or in this case, heard) in this part of the county, but it does happen every once in a while.

Evening HikeNice little hike with a decent view on a day with a lot of smoke from wildfires in the air.
