Loose class 3 gully on Lake Peak

View up the loose class 3 gully on Lake Peak. Luckily, most of the sand and smaller rocks were frozen in place, so this pitch was relatively solid, except for th 50+mph winds.

Looks like it would be a drag trying to get up that

if it wasnt frozen. It reminds me of the lower part of the Kelso Ridge Route to Torrey's if you stay off to the left side as you are going up.
