Re: Stay up

Thanks, Shane! One of these days I'll have to lure you out at night to share the craft of night photography. You can't get into it that casually/easily, but once you get the basics down it gets much more reasonable to do on climbs. Just get that DSLR first!

Nice Work

Great TR Mark, and good work on Ancient art. That looks like a wild climb. Have fun on Castleton, the Kor-Ingalis was my first 5.9 lead in the desert. Did you ever get back to Thunderbolt ridge?

Re: Nice Work

Hey Randy,

Sad to say I haven't been back to SLC with partners up for a winter climb since that attempt! I have thought about it time-to-time, and it would be tempting to give it another go, perhaps as a long car-to-car out of LCC. I imagine by now it should feel fairly chill compared to Carl Heller! Would you have an interest for winter 2012-2013?

Re: holy cow!

Will do! I have a couple of other good stories to go back and make TRs of during this rainy weather spell. And I'm looking forward to spending some of April back in southern Utah with my dad.

Cheers.
