Little Stint (Calidris minuta)

Two Little Stints on Cullera beach, Valencia. These birds nest between June-August on the high Arctic tundra. Both are in winter plumages but the one to the left seems to be a juvenile. Taken on November 11th, 2007. Little Stint Calidris minuta
