"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."

Untitled CommentIt does look like a special place. I immediatly went to topozone to see what the approach looked like as I would like to ski around in there, perhaps.
I also checked out the county highpointing site, too. Great stuff but all the travel must make some of the ascents seem easier. I imagine you attempt to bag several counties in a single trip.
Cheers,
Craig

Give Fred His Due!Your pages are Awesome, Dean, but...
You might want to correct the spelling of Fred Beckey's name -- there are two "e"s. I'm on a campaign to fix this througout Summitpost.org. Make the fix and let me know, and I'll increase my score on your page to 10/10.
This reminds me of the time I was talking with a buddy on the trail about various climbs, sprinkling the conversation with references to "Beckey says this" and Beckey says that". A neophyte climber with us finally asked "Who is this Becky, and how come she knows so much about climbing?"
