Thank you Fabrizio! It comes from the name of Liburni tribe. They were part of Illyrian people that used to live here before Croats (Slavs) came and destroyed them. I should add that to overview.
Thanks Velebit for info, I was curious because in Italy there are some topos named "Livournea" that should means "black water", or from latin "white bubbles", who knows?
