Good report here, Dan! I've only started to really look at the different styles of climbing myself and how each class tends to draw a certain type of person. I'm glad to see you try Alpine. I think everybody can learn something about their own "style" by delving into the other forms.
Good beta on the upper part of the Cord. Don't know what excites me more at this point, ascending the Cord or climbing N. Maroon.
