Straight forward but very nice and has a cracking final top out next to the summit shelter..climbed this a few times over the years but unlike Mark I didn't get the chance in 2014 (awful winter season in England)...here's to next year!

Enjoyable outing
Climbed solo from a camp on the shores of Red Tarn. Took normal RH fork exit - LH fork slightly harder, but also menaced by most threatening looking bit of summit crest cornice. Although I got to enjoy a beautiful colour display at dawn from my camp, summit views limited by encroaching mist. However, overall it was a great outing - and good to wear a pair of crampons again.
