In this frontal view that mountain looks steeper than it is. On taking this photo, I was hoping to get up there later in the day. When I did, high up on the mountain I could just walk along the snow line on the NW ridge, big and obvious in the center here, well to the right of the summit. Sometimes I hiked up on the rocks, sometimes on the snow, wherever the going was easier. Below the snow, the ridge was a bit steeper in a few places, and required a bit of scrambling (UIAA grade I, perhaps even II).
