chopped steps?Hey Bob, are those steps chopped in that rock or is it some sort of natural series of potholes? How steep is that face anyway?

Re: chopped steps?Yes, there are a series of chopped steps along Governor's Rock and at a few other spots along the trail. It's pretty steep, but not quite so steep as the impression given by the photo. The cliffs just below the summit are VERY steep and I stayed well away from the edge.
