I have hiked here off and on over the years, climbing Big Schloss, Little Schloss, High Head, Black Oak Ridge, Little Mountain, Mill Mountain, Bird Knob, Big Mountain, Short Horse Mountain, Signal Knob, Meneka Peak, Richardson Knob, Duncan Knob, Strickler Knob, Waterfall Mountain, Middle Mountain, Kennedy Peak, Fodder House Mountain, Waonaze Peak, Opechee Peak, Short Mountain, High Peak, Buzzard Rock, Little Crease Mountain, etc. plus numerous unnamed peaks. I also did the Dogwood 50K in this area several times before it was discontinued.
