"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life."

Couldn't make summitWe were collecting fossil rocks as we went up one of the dry stream beds. We thought we could make a frontal assault and then get through a break in the top rock band. Unfortunately, once we got up there it was too much to commit to without climbing gear. So we went back down. We wanted to get to Crystal Peak before the thunderstorm hit. A nice consolation was some fossilized shells. Will return again some day - beautiful remote area!

A desert paradiseClimbed twice, once in college on a geo-trip, and once later in life, just to return to the feel of this magical place. Great camping area as well.

Very Awesome PlaceGreg's dad came from VT to visit so Greg and I took him out to see a little of Utah. We did Fossil Mtn. and Crystal Peak the same day and stopped at the hot springs by Fillmore on the way home.
