Flys, South Flys and Snowshed
From Rustler Park, where I saw a bear, over Flys (I found the witness mark but not he actual benchmark) to South Flys (heavy bushwhack) and then past Chiricahua to Snowshed along a good trail on the south side of the main ridge.

South Flys, Flys, Chiricahua, Snowshed
Many trails indicated on the map are now completely gone. Much of the forest had burned away. We spent a lot of time bushwhacking in thickets of small trees. trip report

Snowy day
The south side of the peak was a nice walk up a snow free slopes, and the north face of the peak was covered in 2'-3' of snow. In retrpspect it would have been easier to go back down the south side... :)
